This 11.65″ 1-of-a-kind custom bowie knife with a 7.10″ blade was designed and custom-made to withstand years and years of hardcore cutting & hunting jobs. The knife comes with a certificate of authenticity, an Impact Lifetime Warranty card, and a business card. Prestigious strength lifetime warrantied Impact® special stainless-steel blade was given excellent heat treatment and possesses awesome edge holding and retention. The 6 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both sides, with the top side left with a false edge. The spine of the blade has a beautiful mirror-polished file work. The gorgeous camel bone & bull horn handle feels great in hand and provides excellent grip and hold. The knife is complimented with a beautiful hand-forged carbon steel guard and but cap.

1095 High-carbon steel is formed using conventional techniques. It needs more force than low-carbon steels to perform this process. It is welded using all welding techniques. It is pre-heated at 260 to 315°C (500 to 600°F) and post-heated at 648 to 788°C (1200 to 1450°F). It is hardened at 899°C (1650°F). It is then quenched in oil, followed by tempering. The cutting edge of knives is hardened by heating and quenching to maintain the steel's toughness.
